WEHFIGO is a digital platform that promotes events, places to visit, entertainment experiences, tourism activities, and related services in Jamaica and other locations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for services purchased through www.wehfigo.com.

By purchasing advertising, promotional services, featured listings, tickets, subscriptions, or any other service through WEHFIGO, you agree to this Refund Policy.


2. General Refund Policy

All payments made to WEHFIGO are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Technical errors resulting in failed service delivery
  • Approved cancellations within the allowed cancellation window
  • Failure by WEHFIGO to provide a purchased service

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official WEHFIGO support contact.


3. Event Listings & Promotional Services

Payments made for:

  • Featured event listings
  • Sponsored posts
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Event coverage
  • Photography services
  • Videography services
  • Social media promotion
  • Banner advertisements
  • Homepage placements

are non-refundable once:

  • Content creation has begun
  • Campaigns have been published
  • Media production has started
  • Advertising slots have been reserved
  • Coverage teams have been scheduled

If an event organizer cancels an event after promotional services have begun, WEHFIGO reserves the right to retain payments already made to cover administrative, production, staffing, and marketing costs.


4. Ticket Purchases

WEHFIGO may facilitate ticket sales for third-party events.

Unless otherwise stated by the event organizer:

  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • Tickets are non-transferable
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged after purchase

If an event is canceled, postponed, or materially changed, refund eligibility will be determined by the event organizer.

WEHFIGO is not responsible for refunds related to third-party event cancellations, postponements, artist changes, weather conditions, venue changes, or force majeure events.


5. Subscription Services

If WEHFIGO offers subscription-based services:

  • Subscription payments renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods
  • Users may cancel future renewals at any time

6. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact WEHFIGO first before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Removal of listings
  • Account termination
  • Legal recovery actions where applicable

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:

  • 5–14 business days depending on the payment provider
  • Additional time depending on banking institutions

WEHFIGO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
